What Is Podiatry?

Podiatrists deal with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of the feet and lower limbs.

Many conditions may be prevented by early diagnosis and intervention by a podiatrist.

Podiatrists can order xrays/ultrasounds, take samples for pathology testing, give footwear and foot care advice, prescribe and manufacture custom orthotics and padding and assess vascular and neurological systems.

Our Aim

Our aim is to provide the highest standard of foot care and foot care products to our clients in a friendly and comfortable environment.

We take pride in our efforts to deliver preventative care where possible, looking at the root cause to find the most effective treatment.  This is especially pertinent in our patients presenting with Musculo-skeletal conditions, where our core concern is enabling patients to manage their foot health long term.

We commit to ongoing CPD to promote the best and most pertinent treatments/research-based practice available.

We are now proud stockists of the ALTRA shoe, providing the local population with an option for an anatomically shaped shoe
